Full-Time Assistant IT Administrator Support Specialist Position - South San Francisco, CA

Job Description:  

Liberty Bank, a South San Francisco based community bank is looking for a full time (40 hrs. per week, Monday-Friday) IT Assistant. We are looking for a resourceful individual with installation and desktop support experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. This individual will provide support for all IT related activities from applications to infrastructure. Requirements include Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and at least 3-5 years experience within a total IT environment. Some travel to other locations required, vehicle not supplied.

Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides support for all workstations, office applications, and IT related activities (applications to infrastructure).
  • Assists Information Technology Manager and Information Technology Security Officer  in the design and planning of installations for software and hardware applications. Evaluates and applies software and application updates; ensures backup and recovery capabilities are running efficiently.
  • Installs, maintains, and administers hardware, software, and network components.
  • Ensures proper operation of local and virtual servers and peripherals.
  • Installs and supports local applications, troubleshoots operation support and automation systems, systems software and hardware applications, and support products.
  • Performs moves, changes, enhancements, and corrections to office layout for PC's, WinTerms, printers, and other hardware.
  • Suggests improvements to processes and procedures and works with Information Technology Manager and Information Technology Security Officer to implement improvements.

Full-Time Loan Service Specialist Position - South San Francisco, CA

Job Description:

Liberty Bank, a South San Francisco based community bank is looking for a full time (40 hrs. per week, Monday-Friday) Loan Service Specialist. We are looking for a professional individual who can work independently but also work as a team. Qualifications include knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, good written and verbal communications skills, knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting and must have the ability to uphold organizational values. Commercial Banking and loan experience is preferred. Confidentiality, discretion and integrity are a must.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with ongoing account management and customer service such as processing loan disbursements, loan pay downs, obtaining and providing information to and from customers and outside parties, boarding loans, transferring funds.
  • Assist with computer input and funding of new/renewed loans.
  • Review loan documents.
  • Provides written and verbal communication with outside Title and Escrow companies, Environmental and Flood Agencies as required in support of credit applications.
  • Set up credit files to ensure all documentation is properly filed.
  • Complete assigned regulatory compliance training within established deadlines.

We are looking for a professional, energetic individual that can work independently but can also work as a team with a positive attitude. We are looking for a professional individual who will be responsible for the overall operation of the branch and the operations staff. This individual must have a minimum of 3 years prior bank management and supervisory skills in addition to technical knowledge of bank operations and procedures.
