Full-Time Senior Credit Underwriter Position - South San Francisco, CA

Job Description:

Liberty Bank has an opening for a full time Senior Credit Underwriter. We are looking for a professional individual who can work independently but also work as a team. Qualifications include good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to uphold organizational values. College degree in finance or accounting; or college coursework and /or relevant business experience required. Confidentiality, discretion and integrity are a must.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze personal and business financial statements for real estate; commercial and consumer loan requests.
  • Perform global cash flow analysis.
  • Analyze collateral.
  • Underwrite loan request and approve loan within established lending authority; or decline loan request.
  • Request documents from borrowers.
  • Attend the loan closing to obtain borrowers signatures on loan documents.
  • Analyze borrower’s financial statements and tax returns on an ongoing basis to ensure proper risk assessment.
  • Interact with title companies and write escrow instruction for real estate loans.
  • Provide training for credit analysts.
  • Assist with the supervision of credit analysts.
  • Complete assigned regulatory compliance training within established deadlines.
  • Must comply with all applicable Federal and State regulations; and Bank operations and loans and security procedures to avoid potential losses.

Full-Time Loan Documentation Specialist Position - South San Francisco, CA

Job Description:

Liberty Bank has an opening for a full time (40 hrs. per week, Monday-Friday) Loan Documentation Specialist. We are looking for a professional individual who can work independently but also work as a team. Qualifications include knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, good written and verbal communications skills, knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting and must have the ability to uphold organizational values. Commercial Banking and loan experience is preferred. Confidentiality, discretion and integrity are a must.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with ongoing account management and customer service such as processing loan disbursements, loan pay downs, obtaining and providing information to and from customers and outside parties, boarding loans, transferring funds.
  • Assist with computer input and funding of new/renewed loans
  • Prepare loan documents
  • Provides written and verbal communication with outside Title and Escrow companies, Environmental and Flood Agencies as required in support of credit applications.
  • Set up credit files to ensure all documentation is properly filed.
  • Complete assigned regulatory compliance training within established deadlines.
  • Must comply with all applicable Federal and State regulations; and Bank operations and security procedures to avoid potential losses.

Full-Time Teller Position - Boulder Creek, CA / Felton, CA

Job Description:

Liberty Bank has an opening for a full time (40hrs/week) Teller Position. Applicants must be able to work Saturdays. We are looking for a professional, energetic individual that can work independently but can also work as a team with a positive attitude. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills, oral and written communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel. Confidentiality, discretion and integrity are a must. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Accurately counting and handling of cash
  • Balancing of cash drawer, ATM, and vault
  • Processing customer deposits, withdrawals, selling cashiers checks, selling travelers checks
  • Process credit card cash advances
  • Process wire transfers
  • Place stop payments of checks
  • Receive and process loan payments
  • Performing additional related administrative functions
